We are calling it ... Amelia is finally potty trained!
We started and stopped a couple times because of lack of interest on her part, since last summer. But started back on track, in full force, in January. It took a lot longer than I thought it would and some times it felt like we were taking one step forward, two steps back. BUT! FINALLY ... the next step, getting her to actually try and pull down her own pants. She still claims she just can't. psh.
To celebrate, last weekend we had a "potty party" as Dad referred to it. We went out at her favorite pizza place with her cousins, then got some froyo... Mom and Dad also got her this HUGE BALLOON FISH (as she calls it). So proud of her. So glad the hardest days of Potty training are behind us. And here's hoping she doesn't regress when Jack gets here.
