The biggest excitement in our house this weekend: no more crib! Amelia has graduated to a big girl bed. After falling/climbing out of the crib about a week ago, we figured it was about time. She has done great so far! Although, I fear I have kissed nap time goodbye for good.

ReplyDeleteWhen Jansen graduated from the crib, we started, "quiet time" instead of nap time. We would put her on her bed with books, or a toy, sometimes even a video. It normally turned into a nap. As she got older and naps phased out, it still gave her time to pull back and relax. And I still got a few things done! :) Aunt Teena
